We would like to reassure our customers that we have already taken steps to safeguard our installation team. Over the past few weeks, we have equipped all members of staff with face masks and extra protective gloves. Our team also carry hand sanitiser to ensure all products and equipment remain infection-free.

Our focus remains on business as usual and continuing to provide uninterrupted service to our clients, whilst remaining diligent and responsive to government recommendations. However, we completely understand if you would like to book an installation at a later date once the UK is given the all clear.

We continue to ensure that any employee or affiliated partners who is unwell remains at home.

Attending Customer Premises

Misty Glaze takes the health and safety of both their customers and installers very seriously.

Before attending any site, Misty Glaze asks all customers to confirm that they are not in self-isolation (due to symptoms of COVID-19) and have not been in contact with anyone that has within the last 7 days.

In addition, if a customer is suspected to be unwell once arriving, the Misty Glaze team, can and will refuse entry to the building.

Our installers are not to enter the household or building if the customer is suspected to be infected.
